RELATIONSHIP ADVENTURE DAY WAS INSPIRED BY DUNBAR’S NUMBER

A THEORY THAT POSITS THE IDEA THAT WE CAN HOLD 100-230 PEOPLE IN OUR MINDS AT ONE TIME, MEANING WE ONLY HAVE THE CAPACITY TO DEVELOP DEEP RELATIONSHIPS AND FRIENDSHIPS WITH ABOUT 150 PEOPLE.

THE SCOOP

RAD is a scavenger hunt + networking opportunity sponsored by Small Pond Enterprises in New York City.

Based on a survey you complete and an interview that you do, you will have a fun-filled, entirely customized day that will meet your personal, professional, aspirational, and/or inspirational needs and desires. We'll craft a series of meetings, group experiences, games and activities based on YOUR answers in the survey and interview.

Let's say that you write in your survey that you are looking to meet people who can hire you for marketing job and you also write that you are interested in salsa dancing. It's very possible by the end of the day you'll be taking a salsa dancing class with three people who could potentially hire you.

Let's say that you write in your survey that your best referral partners are business lawyers and that you love dogs. You may find yourself at lunch at a dog park with five business lawyers who also love dogs.

While no two participants will have the same day, everyone can participate in photo and video challenges to bond and compete for prizes.

Most conferences and events leave you on your own to make connections and any outside activities will cost you extra. Prices for full day events that are not customized can easily exceed $5,000 and many HALF DAY events can run you $2,000 or more, not including what you pay for food and additional items. RAD gives you a customized full day, connects you with awesome people, and provides breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an after party all for:
